nafwph Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between nafwph ("the Platform") and any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the nafwph website at nafwph.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, bingo, poker, and all related promotional offers.

By accessing the nafwph platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. Your continued use of the nafwph platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with nafwph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To register and maintain an active nafwph account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must be a resident of or physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other gaming regulatory authority.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account.
• You must not have had a previous nafwph account terminated for breach of these Terms.

Each person may register only one nafwph account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts. nafwph employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate registrations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your nafwph login credentials, including your registered Philippine mobile number and password. nafwph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (SMS OTP) on your account. You must:

• Not share your nafwph account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify nafwph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your nafwph account when accessing from shared or public devices.
• Use a unique, strong password that is not reused across other platforms or services.
• Keep your registered mobile number active and accessible, as it is the primary means by which nafwph communicates security alerts and verifies your identity.

nafwph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. Any activity conducted through your nafwph account — regardless of whether it was conducted by you personally — is your responsibility unless you have reported a compromise to nafwph support prior to the activity occurring.

All deposits and withdrawals on the nafwph platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern all financial transactions:

Deposits:

• nafwph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your nafwph wallet instantly upon confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may require up to 2 business hours to reflect in your nafwph account balance.
• nafwph does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction and may be amended by nafwph from time to time.

Withdrawals:

• All withdrawal requests require full KYC identity verification to be completed prior to processing.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 3–15 minutes for fully verified accounts in good standing.
• Bank withdrawals (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) are processed within 1–2 Philippine business days.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. nafwph reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals to new payment methods.
• nafwph reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if any active wagering requirements remain on your nafwph account balance.

nafwph offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated for each individual promotion at the time of issuance.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your nafwph wallet. Real-money funds are wagered first; bonus funds are wagered thereafter unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• nafwph reserves the right to void any bonus and related winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of a technical error, or in violation of these Terms or the specific bonus terms.
• Players may not participate in more than one active welcome bonus promotion simultaneously unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• nafwph reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are valid for the promotional period stated. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account balance.

Any player found to be abusing nafwph's bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting wagering requirement loopholes, or engaging in prohibited betting patterns — will have their bonuses cancelled, any associated winnings forfeited, and their account permanently suspended.

All casino games available on the nafwph platform are provided by certified third-party software providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently audited and certified by accredited testing laboratories. The fairness of all nafwph games is subject to ongoing independent verification.

• By participating in any nafwph game, you accept the specific rules of that game as displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on nafwph's servers, the server record shall prevail as the definitive result.
• In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or disconnection during gameplay, nafwph's technical records will be used to determine the correct outcome. nafwph reserves the right to void any bet placed during a confirmed system malfunction.
• Live dealer game results are final once the relevant game round has been officially closed by the dealer, as confirmed in nafwph's server logs.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions or players.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nafwph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering, maintaining, or using more than one nafwph account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the nafwph platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity prohibited under Philippine law.
• Colluding with other players in card games, poker, or any other multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to access or play on the nafwph platform.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or vulnerability in the nafwph platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions on the nafwph platform.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward nafwph staff or other platform users.

nafwph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the welfare of its players seriously. In compliance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements, nafwph provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from every player's account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their nafwph account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per defined time period. Gameplay will be temporarily suspended if the loss limit is reached.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders and automatic logout triggers.

All content on the nafwph platform — including but not limited to software, games, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, design elements, and user interface features — is owned by or licensed to nafwph and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nafwph platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any nafwph content without the express prior written consent of nafwph.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nafwph shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the nafwph platform.
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity arising in connection with the nafwph platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the nafwph platform or any specific game or service, including interruptions arising from scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, or banking institutions.

nafwph's total aggregate liability to any player arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their nafwph account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

nafwph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of Philippine law.
• Receipt of a chargebacks or disputed payment from a player's linked payment method.
• At nafwph's discretion where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform's regulatory compliance or integrity.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, nafwph reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account, including real-money funds, pending completion of any investigation. Legitimate real-money funds determined to be unrelated to any prohibited conduct will be returned to the verified deposit source within a reasonable timeframe following the conclusion of any investigation.

nafwph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, nafwph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the registered mobile number or through a prominent notification within the nafwph platform interface prior to the amended terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the nafwph platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the nafwph platform and may request account closure by contacting nafwph support.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

nafwph operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any disputes that cannot be resolved through nafwph's internal dispute resolution process may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.

Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any legal dispute arising from these Terms or from their use of the nafwph platform.
